Personnel Administration Manager

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Department, the Resource will coordinate the Personnel Administration office, ensuring the proper management of administrative and contribution obligations throughout the employee lifecycle.

Main activities

  • Coordinate and support the Human Resources Administration team;
  • Ensure the correct management of attendance, absences, contractual institutions and related administrative obligations;
  • Oversee the entire payroll process carried out internally;
  • Ensure the correct application of employment, social security and tax legislation;
  • Manage relationships with external bodies, social security institutions, and supervisory bodies for relevant administrative matters;
  • Manage reporting and data analysis activities related to personnel;
  • Contribute to the optimization and evolution of personnel administration processes and tools;
  • Ensure the correct use of the INAZ management system and support its evolutionary implementation.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in economics, law or equivalent disciplines;
  • Consolidated experience in Human Resources Administration gained in structured contexts;
  • Experience in directly managing the entire payroll cycle and key administrative requirements;
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security and tax regulations;
  • Excellent familiarity with HR and payroll systems;
  • Experience in coordinating work teams;
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills;
  • Ability to motivate and develop resources;
  • Ability to manage complex relational dynamics and foster group involvement;
  • Authority combined with listening and mediation skills;
  • Resilience, pragmatism and results orientation;
  • Strong predisposition for change and continuous improvement, respecting existing organizational balances.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Gas and Water National Collective Bargaining Agreement is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of INAZ is a preferential requirement.

Compensation Package

The conditions of inclusion include direct hiring with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Gas and Water and a gross annual salary (RAL) of between €50,000 and €55,000 plus a production bonus.
