Retail Operations Manager

• Ensure the economic, operational and qualitative results of the company (10 sales outlets, 2 production laboratories);

• Coordinate, support and develop Store Managers, promoting autonomy, concreteness and rapid decision-making;

• Define and monitor objectives, performance indicators and improvement plans;

• Ensure consistent standards of service, organization, management and product enhancement across the entire network;

• Oversee the organization of work and the sizing of staff, in collaboration with the HR function;

• Strengthen the connection between sales outlets, laboratories and central functions, translating the company strategy into operational actions;

• Support network development and new openings, safeguarding brand identity, quality and sustainability of growth;

• Promote a management culture oriented towards people, customers and performance.

Essentials/Must have

• Significant experience in managing a retail network and coordinating Store Managers;

• Proven ability in economic and operational management, reading of performance indicators and implementation of corrective actions;

• Concrete leadership, decision-making ability and aptitude to operate with a strong presence in the field.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in the food retail, bakery, catering sectors or in premium contexts with high attention to the product;

• Experience in entrepreneurial companies or in the growth and structuring phase;

• Knowledge of the organizational and management dynamics of networks with multiple sales outlets;

• Sensitivity to product quality, customer experience and brand identity;

• Ability to develop managerial skills and internal succession.
