Controller / Senior Controller

• Prepare economic and operational reports and conduct timely analyses;
• Use and customize dashboards and Business Intelligence tools to produce and automate complex reports;
• Ensure the correct functioning, data integrity and future developments of company systems, interfacing with the IT function and operational teams;
• Produce monthly and quarterly management closings (P&L), drafting the related reports accompanied by analytical comments;
• Support the preparation of the annual budget and pre-closing activities;
• Plan and carry out periodic trips to the Group's various sites and branches, in coordination with the department manager and the Operations Department.

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience (at least 5 years) gained in Management Control roles (preferably with an operations/industrial focus) and in operational-managerial project management positions;

• Fluent knowledge of French B2 (priority requirement) and English;

• Excellent command of advanced Microsoft Excel; Availability for periodic and scheduled travel to Group offices in Italy and abroad.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical use of Power Query for data extraction and modeling;

• Previous experience in international and structured corporate contexts,

• Proficiency in the use of modern Business Intelligence platforms and tools;

• Operational familiarity with ERP management systems

• Direct, permanent, full-time employment with a National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Logistics, Freight Transport, and Shipping and an indicative gross salary of between €40,000 and €55,000.
