Technical Cost & Value Engineering Manager – Real Estate

• Draft and verify bills of quantities , price analyses and economic tables relating to orders;
• Define the technical specifications of materials , components and processes based on design requirements and cost objectives;
• Manage the research, selection, and qualification activities of suppliers and technical partners;
• Coordinate requests for quotations (RFQs), analyze received quotes, and support commercial negotiations;
• Monitor project costs, analyze budget variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization;
• Develop Value Engineering solutions aimed at improving the relationship between costs, technical performance and quality of the works;
• Verify the compliance of materials and processes with design specifications, current regulations and customer requirements;
• Coordinate relationships with designers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors, supporting the preparation of technical and financial offers and periodic reports on key cost indicators.

Essentials/Must have

• 5-6 years of experience in the construction, real estate , or technical-real estate services sectors, with a focus on the technical-financial management of projects;
• Consolidated skills in drafting quantity surveys, price analyses, project accounting, cost control, and technical procurement;
• Knowledge of building materials, building processes and systems , technical regulations and cost calculation and management software;
• Familiarity with the preparation of technical-economic offers and participation in public and private tenders;
• Experience in Value Engineering and project cost optimization.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of procurement processes and procedures for requesting and evaluating offers;
• Experience in selecting, qualifying and managing suppliers and subcontractors;
• Ability to coordinate with technical offices, designers, construction management and purchasing functions;
• Knowledge of economic planning and monitoring systems for orders;
• Mastery of specialized software for computation, price analysis and cost control;
• Strong analytical skills, negotiating aptitude, and a results-oriented approach.
