BESS Service Project Manager

• Coordinate commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and O&M activities for BESS systems;
• Manage on-site technical personnel, customers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers;
• Monitor commissioning and service schedules, ensuring timely project execution;
• Coordinate maintenance plans, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and corrective actions;
• Prepare and manage service reports and technical documentation;
• Monitor spare parts requirements, deliveries, and replacement activities;
• Support communication between local project team, internal technical teams and suppliers;
• Ensure that field activities are performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.

Essentials/Must have

• Good experience in renewable energy, power systems, energy storage, electrical equipment or related technical services;
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with on-site technicians, customers, subcontractors and suppliers;
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English;
• Availability to travel nationally as project requirements dictate.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Previous specific experience in commissioning, O&M or field service for BESS systems, solar PV or electrical equipment;
• Basic background in Electrical Engineering and ability to understand BESS, PCS, EMS, BMS systems and related technologies;
• Knowledge of the Chinese language or previous work experience in Chinese companies is a real plus.

• Indicative base salary between €45,000 and €55,000 (specific parameters will be assessed flexibly and commensurate with actual experience);
• Variable component linked to results.
