In order to reinforce the HR Administration department, we are looking for the





Reporting to the Global HR Senior Director the candidate will manage all administrative duties related to employment contract focusing on Gi Group Holding global team in all countries including Italy. The main responsibility is to manage the relationship with employees and external partners as concerned Gi Group Holding personnel administration related queries.



  • Ensures the correct management of all administrative duties related to employment contract for the Gi Group Global team (employment contract and all other supplementary agreement, such as: role change letters, salary review letters, Non Competition Agreement, …)
  • Manages expatriates ensuring the pursuit of related administrative duties
  • Manages the termination contract negotiation ensuring the mutual beneficial in line with Country’s law and with the help of employment lawyers and External Institutions if needed
  • Ensures the correct management of any contract with staff, such as: service contract, director contract, …
  • Maintains relationships with all consultancies needed for contract drafting: tax consultant, employment lawyers, …
  • Ensures that all personnel administration processes comply with labor laws, directly for Italy and for the other countries in collaboration with the Local HR Manager
  • Guarantees that personnel records, both computerized along with hard copy, are up-to-date and correct (from hiring to contract termination)
  • Defines Policies and Guidelines on Personnel Administration processes
  • Manages all Internal Mobility activities, and ensures a smooth handling of the cross boarders relocations
  • Acts as point of reference in onboarding and during the day-by-day employee life cycle
  • Works with management to resolve employee relations issues
  • Resolves employee relations issues (litigations) with the support of external employment lawyers
  • Manages the Global staff costs both in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Supports Global Management in analyzing staff costs, providing reports and simulations analyses
  • Provides personnel costs information to Controlling Department and to payroll Department relevant and on time employee information



  • Bachelor's degree or in Economics or Social Studies, similar
  • At least 5 years’ experience in administrative management in multinational companies, industrial or advisory companies as well as Tax, Legal, Financial Advisory firm
  • 5+ knowledge of the personnel administration process
  • 5+ knowledge of Italian labour law plus foreign countries awareness
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Strong relational skills and social attitude - collaboration and leadership
  • Hands-on approach, able to prioritize and get things done, self-motivated and organized self-starter
  • Problem solver and results driven


Location: The position is based in Milan and requires few travels in all countries – some days of smart working are planned
