Our Client is a prestigious company operating in a leadership position in the Utilities sector.

The Resource , reporting to the HR Manager, will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Preparation of a training plan, identification and periodic measurement of the skills required and possessed by the personnel in force;
  • analysis and collection of training needs through interviews developed and prepared in order to objectively detect the Group's training needs and requirements (gap of skills required/possessed, in relation to the company's evolutionary path, development of new skills, etc.);
  • design, management and delivery of training courses, also with the help of external consultants on hard and soft topics, in compliance with the times, budget and approved training plan;
  • management of projects financed with Interprofessional and non-Interprofessional Funds (planning, management and start of reporting of training projects);
  • management of the didactic secretariat and scheduling of activities;
  • relationship management with RSU/OO.SS. for training activities, design and development of a digital training booklet, etc.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements :

  • Undergraduate level culture;
  • Consolidated and many years of experience in similar roles, gained in structured and organized business contexts or in specialized consultancy firms;
  • Experience in the planning, organization and operational delivery of training initiatives and projects;
  • Experience in the management of financed professional training courses and knowledge of the logic of operation and reporting;
  • Availability, flexibility, dynamic approach and consolidated habit of reasoning by objectives and deadlines;
  • Strong orientation to work in team;
  • Strong scheduling and task planning skills.

The workplace is located in Turin .
