PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

• To create a strategic plan finalized to achieve the expected result;
• To propose the feasibility study to the management for approval;
• To define the resource, timing, costs, metods to achieve the deliverable;
• To build a team and to assign them the tasks and timing taking care that the team has what it need;
• To evaluate the project cost, and define the budget to respect;
• To manage the timing by splitting the project and fixing the gates for achieve the deadlines (from collection info from all the dept, to the series production);
• To manage the issue and risks by a risks analisys and to adopt corrective actions when needed;
• To define the Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the project development;
• To manage reporting for the team (detailed) and for the stakeholders to show the ROI and KPI;
• Managing activities involving mostly sales, engineering, industrial department.

Fondamentali/Must have

• 5 years in Experience in the management of projects;
• Masters degree in engineering management;
• Leadership skills in managing project teams by seniority and good reputation;
• Teamwork and Collaboration: work effectively and reliably together and organize collaboration to achieve the common project goal;
• Goal-oriented leardership to motivate and lead to project goal;
• Decisiveness: making decisions with calculable risk and with optimal time investment;
• Communication Strength: communicate clearly and effectively with people inside and outside the project;
• Fluent English.
