Principali Responsabilità

  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives locally, in alignment with the business strategy, focusing on employee development, performance management, rewards, and recognition;
  • Advise business leaders on how to build and maintain an effective organization while acting as a trusted business partner;
  • Model and champion, the operational culture necessary to promote superior business results;
  • Identify opportunities for organizational improvement;
  • Guide the selection process of employees, using both internal and external resources;
  • Assist with the administration of compensation programs for employees in partnership with Group Compensation Team;
  • Coach and partner with employees to ensure exceptional experience throughout the employee lifecycle;
  • Provide leadership and coaching to managers;
  • Be the Company interface with Trade Unions.


Fondamentali/Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business or Behavioral Sciences, or related field;
  • Consolidated HR experience as HR Director and/or Manager in an international environment;
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken);
  • Broad cross-cultural experience and proven ability to interact across different types of cultures, work, complexities, business situations and matrix partners.
  • Previous demonstrated experience interacting with business leaders


Preferenziali/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Zucchetti software.

Pacchetto Retributivo

The compensation package offers a competitive base salary ranging between 90,000 and 100,000 annual gross, complemented by a performance-based bonus.The role is positioned at a managerial level, with potential for promotion to a higher executive position after a year, contingent on performance, or it is already at an executive level.
