Main activities
Main Responsibilities/Activities:
· Prepare management budgets and ensure compliance with predetermined objectives;
· Develop and present real estate development projects to the Board of Directors;
· Coordinate preventive and routine maintenance activities for the buildings;
· Manage and administer service contracts, monitoring supplier performance;
· Supervise risk management and compliance with leasing obligations;
· Ensure energy efficiency and performance of the real estate portfolio;
· Collaborate on acquiring new tenants and renewing lease agreements;
· Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/2008).
Requirements
Essential/Must have:
· Specific university education, preferably a degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture;
· Proven experience in site management;
· Familiarity with direct engagement with property owners;
· Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
· Experience managing diversified multi-site portfolios;
· Skills in construction and maintenance;
· Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities;
· Problem-solving and time management skills;
· Experience supervising operational procedures and managing suppliers;
· Familiarity with environmental and energy efficiency regulations;
· Ability to coordinate technical teams and work planning;
· Aptitude for building relationships with various stakeholders and fostering collaborative interactions.

Compensation Package
Direct employment under the CCNL Commercio agreement, managerial level (Quadro), with an indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €60,000 and €70,000.
