    The selected candidate, reporting to the Sales Director and working in synergy with the relevant Area Manager, will be responsible for structurally developing the Architect, Workplace Consultant, and Specifier channel in the French market.

    Main activities

     

    • Develop and manage relationships with: architecture firms specialized in office, workplace contract and hospitality projects; design & build companies and general contractors; interior designers and space planners; specifiers and project consultants.

    • Ongoing business development activities: weekly visits to firms, presentation of office solutions and systems, support during concept, layout, and specification phases.

    • Operational oversight of the Paris showroom as a project hub.

    • Inclusion of the brand in project specifications.

    • Handover of projects to the relevant dealers.

     

    Requirements

    Must have

    • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields; 

    • Previous experience of at least 2–5 years in similar roles, preferably in the office, home, or contract furniture sector; 

    • Excellent command (minimum C1) of French and English; 

    • Strong knowledge of the French market and key stakeholders in the office sector.

    • Solid technical skills and ability to read and interpret project documentation.

    • Strong project management capabilities.

    • Consultative mindset, proactivity, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.


    Nice to have

    • Knowledge of ergonomics, space planning principles, and main certifications related to the office sector.
