HR Specialist

Reporting to the HR Director, this position will support key Human Resources processes, ensuring effective personnel management and contributing to the management of development paths, training, and selection activities.

Main activities

  • Prepare and manage the HR department's budget and prepare periodic reports on activities (personnel costs, hiring and resignations);
  • Liaise with employment consultants and payroll providers, providing guidance on attendance and salary variables;
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure proper management of employee payroll and benefits;
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of training and development programs, including the management of funded training plans;
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, from screening to interviewing, and relationships with recruiting agencies;
  • Support performance management processes;
  • Maintain employee files up to date and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Economics and Finance, Human Resources or related discipline;
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll practices and regulations;
  • Short experience in positions such as HR Generalist and/or HR Controller or similar roles;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Ability to prepare HR reports and experience with human resources management software and systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team working;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Knowledge of change and project management methodologies and organizational development;
  • Knowledge of French (will be considered a plus).
