Main activities
- Management of existing customer portfolio;
- Mapping of new potential customers;
- Complete management of the sales process through prospecting (cold calling, emailing), lead qualification, needs analysis, presentation of the commercial offer, objection management, negotiation and closing, structured follow-ups, and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
- Contribution to the definition of a communications and marketing strategy;
- Using CRM for sales pipeline, follow-up and operational planning;
- Coordination and support of the technical team on the ground;
- Collaboration with management and sales manager;
- Constant customer support with clear, precise, and confidential communication.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Even short experience as Sales or Inside Sales;
- Perseverance, reliability, confidentiality;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to use digital tools and CRM.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company.

Compensation Package
National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry. Salary and contractual level to be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
