Inside Sales

For our client, a company specializing in calibration and metrological verification, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent basis to manage and develop our client portfolio.

Main activities

  • Management of existing customer portfolio;
  • Mapping of new potential customers;
  • Complete management of the sales process through prospecting (cold calling, emailing), lead qualification, needs analysis, presentation of the commercial offer, objection management, negotiation and closing, structured follow-ups, and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities;
  • Contribution to the definition of a communications and marketing strategy;
  • Using CRM for sales pipeline, follow-up and operational planning;
  • Coordination and support of the technical team on the ground;
  • Collaboration with management and sales manager;
  • Constant customer support with clear, precise, and confidential communication.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Even short experience as Sales or Inside Sales;
  • Perseverance, reliability, confidentiality;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Ability to use digital tools and CRM.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a service company.

Compensation Package

National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry. Salary and contractual level to be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
