TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER

Design and implement Group Talent Acquisition policies and processes, with the aim of attracting top talent to support the business and creating an internal talent pool.

Main activities

  • Support the organization's needs and work to create and implement an efficient and effective Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition process for both technical and corporate profiles in collaboration with Corporate and Business Line HR.
  • Coordinate the Talent Acquisition Specialist team, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing performance.
  • Create talent pipelines for active searches, also with a view to potential future vacancies.
  • Oversee all phases of the candidate experience , from application and interviews to communications.
  • Coordinate external partners to maximize process efficiency and ensure quality service.
  • Develop and manage employer branding policies and activities by strengthening relationships with public and private stakeholders.
  • Manage participation in recruitment events to promote awareness of the Group.
  • Support talent recruitment activities for internal Academies.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in humanities/economics;
  • Solid experience gained in similar roles in retail, manufacturing, and/or consulting companies, coordinating a large team;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels and in a “start-up” context.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • HR Master's degree and/or specific training in Talent Acquisition;
  • Experience gained in evolving contexts with high organizational complexity (multi-plant/locations).

Compensation Package

Permanent contract, classified as Manager with a RAL of €60,000/€65,000 + MBO.
