- define the best strategies to develop the customer portfolio ;
- increase the customer portfolio through prospecting and sales visits;
- acquire and retain customers.
Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- previous experience in the role;
- coming from related sectors ( plumbing, thermo-hydraulic, etc.);
- good knowledge of the English language at an understanding level (for technical training and communications with the foreign parent company).
Preferential/Nice to have
- Profiles of sellers of plumbing and heating materials will be evaluated;
- knowledge of the German language is appreciated;
- excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Benefits
It will be possible to work remotely (home office).
A company car for mixed use will be assigned, as well as all work tools (PC, credit card, Telepass).
Compensation Package
A direct, permanent hiring is expected, in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector.
Basic RAL approximately around €36,000, to which is added a partially guaranteed MBO (80%).
