Project Manager

• Manage redevelopment and expansion projects for facilities throughout Italy;
• Coordinate design and construction activities, interfacing with external technical firms (engineers, surveyors, local consultants);
• Supervise building and construction projects, ensuring compliance with assigned timeframes, costs, quality, and budgets;
• Oversee the authorization and regulatory compliance phases of the acquired structures;
• Collaborate with management in investment planning and project prioritization;
• Conduct site inspections of existing and target acquisition facilities, primarily in Tuscany and Northern Italy;
• Monitor the progress of the work, managing any operational criticalities and changes during the work.

Essentials/Must have

• Consolidated experience in project management of construction projects and redevelopment of accommodation facilities, hospitality facilities, or complex properties;
• Solid knowledge of construction site activities and construction dynamics, with a primary focus on the building sector;
• Availability to travel frequently within the area;
• Excellent knowledge of English, essential for interacting with international interlocutors.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Experience in managing projects distributed geographically and across multiple facilities in parallel;
• Familiarity with real estate growth and development contexts, including expansions and renovations;
• Ability to engage in operational dialogue with local authorities and technical consultants in the area;
• Previous exposure to green projects, sustainability or facility efficiency improvements;
• Practical, flexible and problem-solving approach.
