Main activities
- Develop and manage relationships with: architecture firms specializing in office and workplace contract and hospitality, design & build and general contractors, interior designers and space planners, specifiers and project consultants;
- Continuous business development activities: weekly visits to studios, presentation of office solutions and systems, support in the concept, layout and specification phases;
- Operational presence of the Paris showroom as a project hub;
- Insertion of the brand into the project specifications;
- Transfer of projects to the relevant dealers.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
- Previous experience in similar roles , preferably in the office, home or contract furniture sector;
- Excellent knowledge (at least C1) of French and English;
- In-depth knowledge of the French market and key office stakeholders.
Preferential/Nice to have
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or similar;
- Strong technical expertise and ability to read the project;
- Knowledge of ergonomics, space planning, and key office certifications;
- Familiarity with corporate CRMs and furniture solution configurators, operational knowledge of software (e.g. pCon.planner, Blender ).
- Excellent project management skills;
- Consultative attitude, proactivity, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits
Possible relocation support will be evaluated in the case of selected resources not resident in France.

Compensation Package
Direct hiring on a permanent contract, with salary and placement determined based on the candidate's seniority, approximately €40,000-€45,000, plus a variable incentive component tied to selected projects, revenue generated, and the development of relationships with strategic firms.
