Main Responsibilities
· Coordinate Project Managers, the Technical Office, and operational teams, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAs;
· Manage a complex structure by promoting delegation, motivation and development;
· Supervise the financial management of PMs on orders, through budgets, forecasts and cost/revenue analyses;
· Monitor time, costs, quality, and compliance of operational activities;
· Manage technical and economic relationships with public and private clients;
· Promote continuous improvement, technical innovation, and process digitalization.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
· At least 8–10 years of experience in operational or production management roles in hard services or plant maintenance contexts;
· Experience in public sector contexts;
· Solid skills in economic management of orders and complex project management;
· Structured leadership skills in managing large and complex teams.
· Sensitivity to security and compliance issues;
· Willingness to travel within the area of responsibility.
Preferential/Nice to have
· Technical background in plant engineering, energy or construction ;
· Excellent organizational and multi-site planning skills;
· Ability to delegate and empower people;
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
· Continuous improvement-oriented approach;
