Junior HR Generalist

• Involvement in the payslip control process in collaboration with the external payroll service
• Support for contract management (hiring, transformations, terminations of employment, secondments, etc.)
• Employee assistance (collective labor agreement, labor and social security regulations, holidays, permits, illnesses, injuries, etc.)
• Support during the onboarding phase of new hires
• Support in talent acquisition activities in collaboration with internal teams and external companies
• Participation in the improvement of HR processes in general, including on issues related to organizational development and training

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in economics, law or equivalent disciplines
• Short experience 1-2 years in HR roles in industrial or commercial/distribution companies

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Zucchetti application

Fixed-term contract starting at 12 months, salary range €25,000-30,000
