HR Manager

The candidate will coordinate and manage HR processes across a large, distributed workforce. Develop advanced processes and streamline operations.

Main activities

  • Intervene on the organizational structures of the various operating units, optimizing their processes and staff;
  • Define advanced human resources management methods, implementing development processes and strategies;
  • Define company policies and ensure their implementation;
  • Manage industrial relations;
  • Collaborate with the administration and control function;
  • Coordinate with external consultants.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • University education;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Many years of experience in human resources with positions of responsibility in large-scale contexts;
  • Experience in defining and implementing policies and systems;
  • Availability to travel nationally.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Experience gained in sectors with multiple locations across the country, preferably in the tertiary sector (large-scale retail trade, facility management, food and beverage services, etc.);
  • Ability to manage institutional relations and diverse relationships.

Compensation Package

The identified resource will be classified as a Manager or Executive , with a RAL €70/80,000 + bonus.
