For our client, a long-standing and established textile company, we are seeking a sales consultant to manage and develop the B2B client portfolio in the Lazio region.

Main activities

  • Develop new business opportunities in the reference area;
  • Manage and retain the active customer portfolio;
  • Conduct visits to customers and prospects, intercepting needs and proposing technical solutions;
  • Monitor the market and main competitors;
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensure effective service
  • Prepare periodic reports on business performance

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Previous experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in industrial or technical contexts;
  • Good ability to independently manage the territory;
  • Aptitude for business development and strong results orientation;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Availability to travel frequently within the Lazio area


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus

Benefits

Compensation Package

Classification with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Services.
The remuneration is made up of a fixed part plus a variable incentive system.
The RALT range (fixed + variable) is between 30K and 35K.
