Operations Manager - Main Third Sector organization in the healthcare sector

The Resource will coordinate the operational activities of the Agency, ensuring an efficient, safe, and public-oriented service.

Main activities

  • Oversee the daily activities of the facility, ensuring process efficiency and the quality of the service offered;
  • Organize and motivate the team, planning shifts and activities to ensure adequate coverage and a positive work environment;
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, implementing initiatives to improve customer service and loyalty;
  • Ensure careful planning of the organization's activities, in line with the company policy guidelines approved by Management, with the aim of guaranteeing consistent, effective, and high-quality service;
  • Maintain positive and effective relationships with external organizations and institutional bodies, in agreement with Management;
  • Use KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement;
  • Ensure compliance with business-specific, security, and privacy regulations, collaborating with the relevant departments.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Diploma or Degree level education in economic/administrative, legal or management disciplines;
  • Previous experience in coordination roles in the services sector, particularly in personal services;
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and improve their experience;
  • Familiarity with health regulations and standard operating procedures;


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Flexible hours and availability for regional mobility.
  • Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills;

Compensation Package

The expected salary range is between 40/50 K
