Head of Large-Scale Retail Department

• Manage the assigned department ensuring that sales and margin targets are achieved
• Coordinate, train and motivate the department team
• Plan shifts, holidays and work organization
• Monitor economic and operational indicators (waste, inventory differences, productivity)
• Ensure quality, safety and customer service standards
• Work directly in the department supporting daily activities
• Apply company commercial and assortment policies

Essentials/Must have

• Experience as department head or deputy manager in large-scale retail contexts;
• Ability to manage and coordinate an operational team;
• Operational availability in the field

Preferential/Nice to have

• Departmental organizational and economic skills;
• Orientation towards service and quality perceived by the customer;
• Problem solving and proactivity
