Communications and Institutional Relations Specialist

As part of the Communications Department, this resource will design, manage, and oversee institutional and informational activities for public administration workers, members, and institutional stakeholders, strengthening the Fund's social security culture, transparency, and reputation.

Main activities

  • Design, planning, and management of communication and information campaigns aimed at members, potential PA members, and the public in general;
  • Maintaining and updating the Fund's digital communication channels (website, newsletter, social media channels), ensuring consistency of messages and institutional language;
  • Institutional communications, in coordination with the Presidency, Management, and the Fund's Bodies.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Public Relations, Literature or other degrees consistent with the profile sought;
  • Professional experience in communications;
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for informational and institutional content;
  • Experience in the technical management of digital channels and social media.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Specialized training in the subject (advanced training courses, master's degrees, doctorates);
  • Experience and knowledge of supplementary pension provision;
  • Familiarity with the principles of information transparency and regulated communication;
  • Institutional sensitivity and attention to public language.

Compensation Package

A permanent contract is offered in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Sector with a gross annual salary of between €45,000 and €55,000.
