· Double-entry general accounting management
· Active and passive cycle records
· Bank management, reconciliations and payment schedules
· Preparation of VAT settlements and ordinary tax obligations
· Management of first note, fixed assets, accruals and deferrals
· Adjustment and rectification entries
· Support in the drafting of the EEC budget
· Preparation of depreciation
· Support for periodic closures
· Interface with consultants and auditors
Support to the Administrative Manager:
· Assistance in the operational management of the office
· Supervision of administrative procedures
· Organization and optimization of document and information flows

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
Many years of experience in the administrative and accounting field
Excellent knowledge of general accounting and budget logic
Operational autonomy and ability to manage priorities
Precision, proactivity and reliability
Preferential/Nice to have
- Coming from structured contexts
- Familiarity with audit dynamics and relationships with external consultants
