Procurement & Supply Planning Specialist

• Manage the procurement cycle and prepare requests for quotations;
• Coordinate activities with national and international suppliers ensuring compliance with deadlines ;
• Monitor order progress and address any operational issues;
• Collaborate with business functions involved in demand and supply planning ;
• Analyze performance indicators related to purchasing, material availability, and supplier service;
• Verify stock levels and support the optimization of planning parameters;
• Coordinate shipping activities and manage logistics flows ;
• Support continuous improvement projects and process efficiency initiatives.

Essentials/Must have

• Degree in economics/finance or similar;
• Previous experience in supply chain / procurement / logistics;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Problem-solving attitude and proactivity;
• Ability to manage priorities in dynamic contexts;
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
