The purpose of the position is to drive Operational Excellence at the plant by overseeing engineering and maintenance activities and implementing continuous improvement processes.

Main activities

  • Definition and implementation of the site's Continuous Improvement roadmap, in line with business objectives;
  • Promotion of Lean Manufacturing principles and development of a culture of Operational Excellence within the company;
  • Training, guidance and development of the Lean Team , supporting the implementation of improvement projects;
  • Management of cross-functional transformation projects aimed at improving productivity, quality, reducing costs, and optimizing delivery times;
  • Supervision of the Maintenance Team, with responsibility for improving the reliability, efficiency and performance of the systems through the implementation of TPM;
  • Coordination of industrial investments , process engineering projects and plant enhancement initiatives;
  • Monitoring KPIs, project progress, budgets, and financial benefits, ensuring sustainable results are achieved;
  • Collaboration with other company functions (Production, Quality, Logistics, etc.) to foster an integrated approach and effective cooperation between the various company areas.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Degree in Engineering ;
  • Experience gained within structured manufacturing organizations ;
  • Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Skills ;
  • Solid experience in managing complex transformation projects and Project Management ;
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams;
  • Good knowledge of English , both written and spoken;
  • Availability to travel .

  • Strong orientation towards technological innovation and industrial transformation;
  • Analytical and pragmatic approach aimed at solving problems and achieving results;
  • Good communication skills and ability to relate to different interlocutors;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resources, and stakeholders, promoting collaboration and accountability.

Compensation Package

Position offered on a permanent contract with a gross salary in the range of 45-55K
