Hotel & Restaurant Manager

• Customer development to ensure adequate bookings and volumes
• Implementation of promotional and marketing actions to achieve established budgets
• Control of revenues, occupancy, budget targets and costs
• Planning of employee activities and work organization to maintain high quality standards
• Supervise the proper use of facilities and equipment to efficiently maintain hotel assets

Essentials/Must have

• Experience gained within organizations that allowed him to acquire skills in both operational management (pricing and revenue management) and business development (contacts with tour operators, web marketing, promotional activities, agreements with local companies, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Solid restaurant skills necessary for further development of the in-house restaurant

Preferential/Nice to have

• It is preferable to have already operated on Lake Garda
• Knowledge of the German language

Accommodation

Salary 60-80 thousand €, 1-year fixed-term contract, with a view to renewal

Renowned 3-star hotel, with approximately 40 rooms, located in the first hinterland of Lake Garda (VR), featuring a green space with swimming pool and internal restaurant also open to external customers.
