Resort Manager

• Coordinate the operational activities of the facility;
• Manage and develop the internal team ;
• Supervise external suppliers and outsourced services;
• Monitor the facility's operational and financial KPIs ;
• Manage budgets , investments and CAPEX activities;
• Oversee maintenance, systems and technical issues;
• Follow up on the renovation and development projects of the structure;
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest service.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience in managing tourist facilities , campsites or hospitality contexts;
• Economic and management skills on KPIs, budgets and investments/CAPEX;
• Excellent English .

Preferential/Nice to have

• Knowledge of German is appreciated;
• Experience in managing outsourced services;
• Knowledge of structural maintenance and systems;
• Experience in renovation or redevelopment projects;
• Experience in managing seasonal teams;
• Experience in international tourism contexts.

Food and lodging .

Compensation commensurate with experience, approximately within the range of €45-55,000 gross/year + bonus.
