HR Manager - Leading food company

Responsibilities will be:

• Ensure correct personnel management from a regulatory, contractual and organizational perspective;
• Manage relationships with employment consultants, external bodies, and key stakeholders;
• Support Management and Functional Managers in managing organizational and people management issues;
• Manage personnel search and selection processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new resources;
• Manage and develop people onboarding, evaluation, and development processes;
• Define and implement HR procedures, policies, and tools consistent with company objectives;
• Monitor indicators and data relating to the company's workforce, preparing reports to support management;
• Coordinate training activities and skills development plans;
• Support corporate organization projects, review of roles and processes;
• Promote initiatives aimed at improving the corporate climate, engagement, and internal communications;
• Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding labor, safety, and industrial relations.

Essentials/Must have

• Significant experience in Human Resources within a company context, preferably in a medium-sized manufacturing or industrial context;
• Experience in managing selection, development and organizational processes;
• Ability to build HR procedures and processes in evolving contexts;
• Pragmatic and problem-solving approach;
• Relational authority and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization;
• Organizational vision and sensitivity towards people development issues.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Coming from medium-sized production contexts.

Indicatively, the salary will be in a range between 45K and 50K with the possibility of revaluation based on seniority.
