HR Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

The candidate, joining the Corporate HR team, will support the HR Director in the strategic evolution of HR processes. He or she will contribute to the development of innovative People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development solutions.

Main activities

  • Support the Corporate HR Director in defining, implementing, and developing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure the proper management of all HR processes in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the entire Recruiting & Talent Acquisition process (screening, interviews, testing, contract negotiation, induction).
  • Implement employer branding activities and strategies, including participation in career days, job meetings, and dedicated events.
  • Monitor and develop Performance Management and Talent Management processes.
  • Coordinate compensation analyses and salary review processes, ensuring internal and external fairness.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and implement training plans.
  • Driving the People Digital Transformation.
  • Manage internal communications and monitor the company climate.
  • Promote and facilitate change management and organizational redesign projects.

Requirements

Essentials/Must have

  • Bachelor's degree, particularly in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
  • Solid experience in similar HR roles in multinational industrial contexts.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Organization, autonomy, ability to read the context.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, innovation, proactivity.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, concreteness.
  • Digital mindset and ability to lead innovative processes.


Preferential/Nice to have

  • Master's degree in HR.
  • Experience in change management projects.
  • Skills in people analytics and digital HR tools.

Compensation Package

  • Permanent contract, at the highest clerical or managerial level
  • Compensation Package: €55,000/60,000 (specific parameters will be evaluated flexibly and commensurate with actual experience) + possible assignment of objective-based bonuses
