Main Responsibilities
· Ensure the management of people in a medium-sized industrial group, in every aspect, with the necessary skills;
· Coordinate and support a lean HR structure, while ensuring direct operational input on key activities;
· Manage the entire search and selection process, from profile definition to contracting, operating in a context characterized by multiple Business Units and different national collective bargaining agreements;
· Plan and develop training programs aimed at increasing the technical and managerial skills of resources;
· Monitor and evaluate individual and organizational performance through structured feedback systems, defining development plans and corrective actions;
· Oversee personnel administration, including payroll, attendance management, vacation, leave, sick leave, and contractual compliance;
· Ensure regulatory compliance and proper management of employment relationships;
· Manage union relations and promote a positive corporate climate, fostering organizational well-being and overall productivity.

Requirements
Essentials/Must have
· Structured experience in comprehensive Human Resources management in medium-large sized contexts, characterised by a complex and structured organisation;
· Experience gained in General Contracting and/or Hard Facility environments;
· Skills in personnel administration, payroll and employment regulations;
· Experience in managing industrial relations and applying various collective bargaining agreements.
Preferential/Nice to have
· HR management skills in multi-business and multi-site organizations;
· Operational approach and problem-solving orientation;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with natural authority;
· Ability to work closely with Ownership and Management.
