Plant Manager

• Manage production planning and organization based on demand, ensuring that production objectives are achieved.
• Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the production process supported by lean and agile methodologies.
• Oversee the training of new hires and the development of staff skills, with a view to continuous improvement and greater flexibility.
• Supervise and lead the production department to reduce processing costs and increase added value.
• Monitor department performance and promote improvement actions.
• Propose technical solutions to increase production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote improvement actions.

Essentials/Must have

• Experience gained in a similar role or in a managerial position in the Operations area of a manufacturing company and in managing a large team of blue-collar workers;
• Strong leadership skills, decision making, assertiveness and problem-solving skills;
• Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics or economics;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Passion for roles that require organizational skills with a Lean perspective;
• Interest in working in a dynamic, evolving and organized environment;
• Experience gained in luxury leather goods manufacturing contexts;
• Knowledge of French is a plus.

Permanent contract;

RAL €50K + MBO up to 30% of RAL upon achievement of objectives.
