Supply Chain & Commercial Operations Leader

• Analyze customer order volumes and trends to plan procurement activities, ensuring material availability and a correct balance between stock levels and operating costs;
• Oversee customer service and the order-to-delivery process, acting as a key liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal functions to facilitate the resolution of any issues;
• Monitor supplier performance and product quality to ensure compliance with service standards and customer-required certifications;
• Coordinate facility management, warehouse and service shop activities, maintaining alignment between resources, priorities and operational needs;
• Ensure correct document management and certifications based on customer, quality system, and inspection body requirements;
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction;
• Monitor the area's operations through KPIs and support the General Manager in budgeting, business reviews, and sales performance audits.

Essentials/Must have

• Previous experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations roles in manufacturing or B2B service contexts in the metalworking sector;
• Strong command of the English language and familiarity with ERP, Excel and reporting tools ;
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities , including managing relationships with customers and suppliers.

Preferential/Nice to have

• Background in companies operating in the industrial services, industrial plant and components, energy, oil & gas and related sectors;
• Diploma or Degree in technical or management disciplines;
• Knowledge of inside sales, customer service, procurement and expediting processes;
• Ability to coordinate small teams and organize operational flows;
• Familiarity with quality systems, certifications and document management;
• Pragmatic approach, customer focus and strong problem-solving skills.

Permanent contract with clerical status. Gross annual salary between €50,000 and €55,000.
